Winners will receive a year accident and illness pet insurance policy covering up to $5,000 in veterinary costs from Embrace Pet Insurance, located at http://www.embracepetinsurance.com (value up to $970 depending on breed). Due to the nature of the products, please note that senior dogs (age 7+ for pure breeds and 9+ for mixed breeds) are eligible for an accident only policy.
