I was just there a week ago and there are two areas to this part, a big dog park and a small dog park. From what I could see fromm the small dog side, 99% were small dogs with one larger Shepard on a leash. Also, this park is listed as not fenced in, which is not true! Both sides are fenced in and are separated by a good distance.

This is a nice dog park. My complaint about this park (as well as other L.A. parks) is that even though the sign post says SMALL DOGS there are many large and aggressive dogs at this park so it is not suitable for small toy breeds (like mine - Pekingese). I had several verbal fights with irresponsible dog owners at this park so I stopped taking my dogs. Maybe one day there will really be a SMALL DOG park where there are NO DOGS OVER 20 LBS & no aggressive dogs. The Dog Whisperer could spend all of his time at L.A. Dog Parks just with the irresponsible owners.
