Wilshire Park
Large, shared park located in NE Portland. The park has picnic tables, a childrens' play area and lots of trees. The off-leash area is large and located at the NE corner of the park next to NE 37th Ave. No poop bags or water so be sure to come prepared.

There is a dog watering station in the central area of the park attached to the water fountains. Just press the upper fountain button to fill up the dish.
